Athletes will endure a 30 minute workout as an evaluation to determine athletic ability. Coaches Focus on a number of variables including Mobility, Strength, Agility, Power, and Conditioning. Coach Ayana will determine whether the athlete will be a good fit and handle scheduling moving forward.
