Russell Mahrt II
Russell Mahrt II is a youth sports coach of close to 20 years, founder of one of the largest non-profit youth travel basketball organizations in Pennsylvania, and CEO of Elite Sports Factory. After decades as a youth sports player, coach, administrator, and parent, Russell has developed a comprehensive and detailed knowledge about what it takes to navigate the youth sports world.

We specialize in youth sports training programs in baseball, basketball, volleyball, and performance training, action-packed birthday parties and family fun. Elite Sports Factory never slows down. Our After School Academy gives kids a place to train, learn, and have fun every weekday, while adults can jump into open gym sessions or small-group fitness classes. Ayana Howard is the Director of Sports Operations. She earned her ACE certification while playing Division I volleyball at La Salle University and holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and Biology. Ayana became one of the youngest facility managers at NYSC and later earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She has worked with athletes from top-tier high schools to D1, NBA, NFL, and FIBA and is also a Licensed Sports Massage Therapist and CSCS.

Had a 10 year old kids birthday party here and everything was amazing. Everyone on the Elite Sports Factory team was super helpful and friendly - truly an Elite space and team. The party was well organized to the point you felt like you had the whole place to yourself. All the kids were laughing and smiling the entire time saying it was the best party ever. We opted for a 3 hour party and during that time the kids had a nerf battle, played dodge ball, soccer, completed the ninja course, played video and table games in the clubhouse and had cake, pizza and drinks in between. They even let the parents play a game of dodgeball against the kids.
Second year in a row having my sons party here and he loved it even more this time since we rented out the club house also. The place is fun, the party hosts are nice. The only thing I think they could get better with is not booking parties so close together they need 15 min gaps to at least be able to clean up after a party without having a family wait to go onto the party room. Also unless you book extra time there isn’t extra time for you to arrive to decorate. My party was at 2 got into the party room at 2:05 and was decorating and greeting my guests at the same time. Very overwhelming. Outside of that I would still book them again because the kids love it.
