ESD is designed only for baseball players focused on playing high school varsity baseball and beyond. The comprehensive program sessions includes skill training and performance training for high level players with aspirations to play in high school and beyond.
Diamond Club Jr. program is for ages 8-12 and a perfect way for young players to develop their fundamental skills necessary to become a top hitter and an excellent fielder in the game.
The Little Sluggers Baseball program is for beginning players age 3-7. The goal is to teach basic baseball in a safe, fun environment.

Small Group Training
